took a load of bed sheets etc and they offered me 4p a kilo worked out 40p i told them too give it too charity never will i use these again con artists lol wat ever you still had a cheak too give customers 5p a kilo which works out 45 p pmsl you should be ashamed of yourselves check your reviews i will make sure people will not go too you

Toke 30+bags woman went through every single bag. Give me half my baby clothes back unsure why as they were all in clean condition. I was there over an hour and. A half waiting 🙄 all for £25 quid

Took 5 bags full of good clean quality clothing and bedding, the lady argued with me about some of it being dirty, of which it was not. Felt conned as only had 6 quid. She only took 3 bags I ended up taking the rest to salvation army's recycling unit. Wasn't worth the time or effort. And I was told they dont look through bags this lady did.

Made several calls and sent messages for collection which wasn't acknowledged. Twice I spoke with a guy and he promised to come for the collection, I waited to no avail. Called and texted back and got no reply. Their apptoach and response is seriously flopped!

phoned this place before going was told 50p a kilo got there give 12 bags that where bursting couldent even tie them had £11...no free car wash was told there wasent a car wash there ever n never been 1 there showed the guy the page on fb that said free car wash n 50P KILO he said no i do the pages on line then when i told him it false advertising n shows him the ies in it he said ohh not me that does the on line pages. not happy with this place found out then it owned by foreigners say no more in my eyes...😡

Looked up on internet and was advertised open until 6.30 arrive 5.50 and was all locked up, advertised best price in swansea 50p a kilo although was 40 on day also No free car wash either as advertised. Couldnt see scales either

Went to cash for clothes today in the afternoon and met a lovely gentleman called Ben. He explained to us how it worked. Ben was very friendly and made us feel at ease. I would recommend you go see him as he gave us the best rate for the clothes we supplied. Very happy with the service and would go there again. Thank you Ben

Sunday evening cash for clothes neath road Hafod made a home visit to pick up clothes that were no longer needed,they made the effort to get to us as soon as possible as we needed these clothes out of our way,they gave us a reasonable rate as well as friendly service.The next evening I received a phone call off Ben the gentleman who collected the clothes from us saying that he has something for me,he made another home visit to say that he had found £70 in one of the pockets.i would like to thank Ben and his wife for their honesty and friendly service.Definitely worth the 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
