Recently upgraded my Mini Clubman to a Mini Cooper S and I am in love with it, very pleased with my purchase from FMC. The car had a slight issue with the tyre no fault of the company these things happen. I contacted Jamie and took the car back up to him and was sorted within ten minutes. Jamie and his team are very polite and friendly and the purchase of my car was straight forward. Communication is brilliant responds very quickly. I high recommend Jamie and his team, Thanks guys.

Don’t normally put 2 star review but the service was not good. Went to view some 7 seater vehicles one of the sales team. Who advised they have some vehicles on the lot. Checked them out reasonably priced to be honest. Very interested in the VW Sharan very good spec and decent price, There were others but had issues like mould on the seat belts and chairs this was in the CITROEN C4 GRAND PICASSO We also viewed the other VW Sharan in black and you could just smell the Damp where there is possibly a leak inside the vehicle. Me and my family were waiting for about 10-15 mins before getting seen or even spoken too, which got me thinking about buying a vehicle if the service is terrible to start. Spoke to the sales rep, who asked about payment method. Advised finance , I do have finance on another vehicle. Which he said I would not be able to get finance again due to this. No checks were done to see if I would get accepted just felt like they could not be bothered to deal with us , Which led me not purchasing a vehicle. Straight after we have gone to the Car warehouse Swansea who had a lot more stock and much better service. We applied for finance and got accepted straight away and now got a new car with a very reliable and affordable company.

I was very pleased with the service offered by Jamie from start to finish. Very professional and polite from the moment we stepped into his office. A real businessman. I can’t recommend him and the staff in the office enough. It was the first time I purchased a car from them. Won’t be the last time for sure. Thank you!

I recently purchased a lovely 2018 ford fiesta 1.0 St line from Jamie at FMC Swansea I received a fair price for my part exchange When I arrived to collect my new car it was presented in fantastic shape having just been valeted and given a full service including new brake pads all round and a brand new mot and I was also given a 6 months warranty I had one minor issue with my new car where the passenger side electric window was not working but a new electric window motor was ordered from Ford and fitted by the on site mechanic within a week I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and his team at Fmc Swansea 5 stars

Do your research - I bought a car that I have spent a lot of money on. Also no indication that there had been an accident however all the cosmetic fixes soon disappeared and this was evident. Windscreen leaked, brakes disintegrated at the actual brand dealer thankfully not while I was driving it. Had various DVLA issues. Which I do not appreciate going through. The photos on the website were of another car (mine did not have a tow bar which sadly is my fault I did not check all that) So the old adage of buyer be aware definitely holds for this dealer. Just do more research and do not get rushed. Obviously a lot of this is my fault however you take people at face value in most of the time. EDIT: Yes I called, and yes you did sell me a car (Nov 2022) and you took my van in as part exchange. I have paperwork for it. I take responsibility for my part however that does not mean I do not have the right to review. It's an honest review based on my experience and you have to take to good with the bad. Issues encountered were long after your 30 day warranty so really what point would there be to come back to you?

Probably the best and easiest experience of buying a new car I’ve ever had, amazing team working there and extremely hospitable. Will be popping down again in a couple years for an upgrade.

Purchased a car to be delivered (I was slightly nervous as I hadn’t purchased a car in this way previously before). Communication was great from the first phone call, and throughout the whole process. The car arrived exactly on time, without issue and with a fresh MOT. Very happy customer and would recommend as a dealership.

Recently purchased a car. Was great customer service. No pressure from any of the sales people. Communication was great whilst waiting for the car to have an mot and service. Took the car back up after a week as there was a slight noise. They took it back no questions asked and fixed the problem. Would reccomend them!

Both my wife and myself could not be more pleased with not only the fantastic service we received, but the quality of the car we bought. It looked great in the pictures but that wasn't even close to how good it looked when we picked it up. It was quick and easy and after a test drive we were driving away in 10 mins. Even did the tax while there aswell. We really can't recommend Jamie and the guys enough. A real pleasure from start to finish. Thank you guys
