Had some bodywork done here last week after a small ding. They did an amazing job sorting it, you would never know a dent was ever there! The work was also done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Nothing more you can ask for!

Took my car to Fix Auto swansea. guys there were very helpful and polite. I This was my first ever claim and they made me feel at ease, talked me through exactly what was going to happen and regularly kept me updated. Would thoroughly recommend this garage as they went above and beyond for me and very quick turnover and provided a courtesy vehicle straight away.

Where do I begin. This garage was chosen (as my car had been hit) to carry out a small job by the insurance company to spray a panel. When they returned my car the first time the work they had done was awful!! I complained and they said because it had been raining they couldn't see what they had done properly, and they took the car back to be redone.. this happened 4 further times!!! On the fourth time they told me that infact it was due to the manufacturer who had supplied the spray paint (yet they only told me this after I had complained after seeing it a fourth time!! So they took it back again! So today they took it back for the fifth time, I checked the work and finally it has been completed properly. This is after 5 weeks ( was only a small spray job) When getting into my car I noticed the radio was on a different station and turned right down. When i turned the radio up my speakers had been blown and the right speaker hardly even worked! Further more as I looked round the car I noticed the wheel nut was on the floor (this is usually kept in the glove box) as i tried to open the glove box the handle had been broken and it wouldn't open!My car was also filthy. I am so upset that they weren't upfront with any off the issues with me car!!! Unless you want your car wrecked and tampered with and blatantly be lied to, I would keep away from this company! On Reading the other reviews I can see people have had similar issues. If I could of rated less than 1 * i would off!! This company has caused me nothing but stress.

My mum recently crashed her yaris and her insurance company brought it here. After getting her car back, I quickly found out that the panels they fixed were three different shades of white. After calling her brother to assess the car further we actually found out that they put half of the car back together with double sided tape!! Absolutely disappointed. She has phoned the insurance company and further action is being taken. Update: after a couple weeks we have had the car in a number of times now and they haven't fixed the job. We phoned the insurance company and are allowing us to take it to a garage of our choice and will be payed in fix autos expenses. We have now taken it to frf and they done the job with no hassle and was back in two days. Wasn't so hard for them, was it?

I took my motorhome to them for an MOT. They are very professional and explain everything. They are also very accommodating when arranging to bring a vehicle in for work. Nice big carpark, locked at night so vehicle we are. This was a good find. I have work I need doing and I will definitely be going back.

In 2012 we had to use TWK as directed by our insurer. It involved repairing the full side of the car with new front and rear wings, 2 new door skins and a rear bumper. Car was repaired quickly and returned. On return he interior of the car was dirty and full of dust with a very strong smell of cellulose/solvent inside. Wheels were covered with overspray. Within 3 months the car had to be returned to sort the out cracking paint around the rear arch. This was repaired quickly and the car returned to us. After a short while the problem reoccurred and again it was repaired and returned quickly. Since then I have been keeping an eye on the repair, as it has a 5 year guarantee. In the last few weeks we have notice that the flexible sealant used at the edge of the door skins in side the door shut has come away. Luckily we are still within our 5-year guarantee period and contacted our insurer. I have had the damage inspected by another body shop recommend by my insurer as we have moved house since the repair. This body shop has recommended that the whole of the previous repair needs to be rectified as he can see several errors with the work that TWK carried out. I can't select less that one star. I therefore can’t recommend TWK for any body shop work at all as they seem to have cut corners with my repair, which has resulted in a lot of hassle and therefore expense for my insurance company. If you are using them privately and they are cheaper from the rest of your quotes, then the old saying goes…” Pay Cheap, Pay Twice!”
